Do you set up electro-acoustics and 12-strings?
A standard six-string acoustic or electro-acoustic setup is £85 with agreed standard strings. A 12-string setup is £105. Tell us about the guitar so we can confirm the scope and any extra work before booking.
Can you lower the action on my acoustic?
Yes. Otto will assess the guitar and discuss the adjustment needed. Replacement or additional nut and saddle work is quoted separately before it begins.
How long does an acoustic setup take?
We'll confirm expected timing for the guitar and agreed work before booking. Parts and extra repairs can affect it.
What if my acoustic needs more than a setup?
If we spot anything beyond a setup — a lifting bridge, fret wear, or pickup/electronics issues — we'll contact you with a clear quote before doing any work. No surprises.
