Scheduled-route guides for both collection and return are £30 for short-detour local addresses near Denmark Street, £60 broadly in zones 1–2 outside that catchment, and £90 broadly in zones 3–4. Zones 5–6 and dedicated journeys need an individual quote. Your postcode and actual route determine eligibility and the final fee.

When several instruments are collected and returned together at the same address, the transport fee is charged once, subject to handling and vehicle capacity. The setup price applies to each instrument. Share the number and types when you enquire so we can confirm the quote.

Agreed standard strings are included for a standard six-string electric, acoustic or classical setup at £85. Four-string bass at £95 includes standard roundwound strings. Premium strings and special requests receive a separate quote before booking.

The £85 setup is for a standard six-string electric, acoustic or classical guitar with agreed standard strings. Four-string bass is £95 with standard roundwounds; locking-tremolo or 12-string is £105 with standard strings. We confirm the agreed scope before booking. Collection and return costs extra.

The stated setup price covers the agreed setup and standard strings for that category, not transport. Personal collection and return is charged separately. Premium strings, extended-range instruments, replacement nuts or saddles, fret correction and structural repairs are quoted before booking.

We'll confirm the payment arrangements along with the work price before a booking is agreed. Sending an enquiry is not a booking or a commitment to pay.

Otto handles fret, nut, electronics and other bench repairs. If the guitar needs work beyond the agreed setup, we'll explain it, quote it and ask for your approval before proceeding.
