Bench work with a separate travel choice
The setup work and personal collection are priced separately. Scheduled two-way transport guides are £30 locally, £60 broadly in zones 1–2 and £90 broadly in zones 3–4; the actual postcode and route determine availability and final price.

What is a mobile guitar setup?
Otto can arrange personal collection and return, then carry out the agreed work at the bench. A standard six-string setup is £85 with agreed standard strings. Collection and return is an additional two-way fee, confirmed using your postcode and route before booking.
Do you really pick up and drop off my guitar?
Personal collection and return is available by arrangement, with a separate two-way transport quote based on your postcode and the actual route. Denmark Street handover is available by appointment instead.
How long does a mobile setup take?
We'll confirm the expected timing for your guitar and agreed work before booking.
Which areas of London do you cover?
Share your postcode. We'll confirm whether personal collection is available on a scheduled route and quote the separate two-way fee before booking.
Is a mobile setup as good as a shop setup?
The agreed setup work is done at Otto's bench, whether you hand over on Denmark Street or arrange personal collection. Any additional repairs are discussed and quoted before work begins.
Can I get my guitar looked at in person first?
Yes, by appointment — we offer free in-person consultations at Sixty Sixty Sounds, 28 Denmark Street, London WC2H 8NJ. Otherwise we can quote remotely and collect from your door.
